Terms and Conditions for YoomHotels
Thank you for choosing YoomHotels. These Terms and Conditions
outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. By booking with us or
using our accommodations, you agree to comply with these terms. We ask that you
read them thoroughly before making any reservations to ensure a seamless and
enjoyable stay
1. Booking and Confirmation:
· Booking Process: All reservations with YoomHotels must be made
through our official website, authorized agents, or other designated platforms.
A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email
from YoomHotels.
· Accuracy of Information: The guest is
responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process,
including dates of stay, number of guests, and other essential details.
· Booking Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a
confirmation email with the details of your reservation. Please ensure that all
details are correct. If there are any discrepancies, contact us immediately.
2. Payment:
- Payment Methods: YoomHotels
accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank
transfers, and other authorized methods.
- Payment Policy: Full payment
is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Special rates
or promotions may require payment in advance.
- Currency: All payments
are processed in the currency specified during booking. Currency
conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method.
3. Cancellations and
Modifications:
- Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations made within the specified
time frame are eligible for a refund as per the cancellation policy stated
during booking. Cancellations made after the specified period may incur a
fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Modification of
Booking: If you need to modify your reservation,
please contact us at least 48 hours before your check-in date.
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional
charges.
- Non-Refundable
Rates: Certain promotional or special rates may be non-refundable.
Please check the terms of each rate before booking.
4. Check-In and
Check-Out:
- Check-In Time: The standard
check-in time is 16:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request
but is subject to availability.
- Check-Out Time: The standard
check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available for an
additional fee and is subject to availability.
- Identification: All guests
are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport at
check-in.
5. Child Policy:
· Children Under
(5.99) Years:
Children under the age of (5.99) can stay free of charge when
sharing a room with at least one paying adult, using existing bedding.
Additional charges may apply if a child requires an extra bed or
other special accommodations.
· Children (06) to
(11.99) Years:
Children aged (06) to (11.99) may incur a discounted rate or an
extra bed fee, depending on the type of accommodation and availability.
Specific rates will be communicated at the time of booking or
during check-in.
· Children Over
(11.99) Years:
Children above the age of (11.99) will be considered adults and
will be subject to the standard adult rates.
Additional bed, if required, may incur an extra charge.
6. Liability:
- Hotel
Responsibility: YoomHotels is not responsible for
any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged
to use in-room safes and store valuables in secure areas.
- Force Majeure: YoomHotels
will not be held liable for any delay or failure in providing services
caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
7. Privacy and Data
Protection
- Personal
Information: YoomHotels is committed to protecting
your privacy. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of
providing our services and will not share your information with third
parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Data Security: All sensitive
personal data (e.g., payment information) is encrypted and processed
securely through trusted payment gateways.
8. Complaints
Procedure:
· Complaints
pertaining to reservations must be made no later than 15 days following the
departure date. After this period, complaints won't be taken into consideration
· Every complaint
needs to be backed up with pertinent documentation or evidence, we will not
consider complaints that are not supported by relevant evidence.
We are committed to
resolving issues promptly and fairly. If you have any concerns, please reach
out to our customer service team for assistance.
9. Governing Law:
- The terms and
conditions of YoomHotels are governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the country in which YoomHotels operates its services, unless
otherwise specified. By booking or using our services, you agree that any
disputes or legal proceedings related to the booking, use of the website,
or stay at YoomHotels will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in
that country.
- In the event of
a dispute, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the
courts located in the jurisdiction where YoomHotels operates, as specified
in the agreement.
